Tardiness is being late or poor attendance. If a person is constantly late for work or extends their breaks, it shows the attitude of contentment and carelessness.
So, it is the duty of the employees to be on time or even a little early which shows that they are time conscious and respect the time of others.
Being late shows that they are disrespectful to the social contract of the office, as well as the co-workers who make an effort to be on time.
3. Telling Lies
Falsifying the credentials or intentionally plagiarizing something, lying about your work hours, misusing a company credit card, stealing credit for your co-workers’ achievements, or stealing from the employers in any aspect can cost you your job.
The surest way to lose the jobs suddenly and miserably is to get in the habit of deflecting truths and lying even in small ways.
Dishonesty is a slippery terrain with a devastating accident waiting at the end of the road.
Whether working in business, banking, academia, or anything, if one lacks integrity and betray the employer, they don’t deserve to keep their job.
